Schools and tutorials are all there to ensure that the students learn properly. Either of them become redundant if the other do the job properly and completely. If schools do not teach and students have to depend on tutorials these become a must . In fact then these tutorials become the schools and there does not remain any necessity of schools. But if administration spends money on schools to ensure that the students learn properly and ensure that the schools run properly these tutorials cannot prosper and gradually close their shop.
ReplyDeleteIt is not a question what is must and what is not. The question is to somehow impart proper education. Whichever do the job best become a must . In our present state none do their job properly. Hence, both remain though none of them can be termed as 'must'.
